I've seen the forests of my childhood disappear.

Thoughts crowd my mind like an uncomfortable line at the check out stand, my typing comes out jagged and unclear, a long time drunk daydream on some couch long ago decayed beside the waning moon. The blank space where you fail to navigate the trails of eternity and it's lost ravines filled with total darkness, in which may be glimpsed the true nature of the void. The true depths of desire and despair, which so rarely reached, can reveal the true self, as well as the other self.
